FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do you accept insurance?

Insurance does not cover our services.  Some patients have been able to submit receipts to their insurance companies for reimbursement.  We can accept HSA/FSA cards, subject to the terms of your individual plan.  It is the patient’s responsibility to confirm that these are qualified expenses.  

Do you test children?

Yes, we are able to work with children of all ages.  If the child is too young to hold their arm up, we will use an indirect tester.  

Do I need to bring anything on my first visit?

The only thing you need to bring is yourself!  Dress comfortably and wear something you will be comfortable laying down on a table in.  Dresses are not usually recommended as they can make testing difficult.  On a future visit we may have you bring in your current supplements so that we can test those.  

Do you muscle test prescription medication?

We do not muscle test or advise on prescription medications.  

How accurate is muscle testing?

Muscle testing is highly accurate.  We are able to tell in real time at each visit what your priority issues are in that moment.  

What product lines do you carry?

Our primary product line is Standard Process.  We also use Medi Herb, Energetix, CellCore, Systemic Formulas, TRS and Southern Botanicals.  

Do I have to take supplements?

Yes.  We use whole food supplements and homeopathy to help bring your body back into balance.  For those who are unable to take pills for whatever reason, we do have liquid product lines available.  Please indicate this to your practitioner at your first visit.  

 

Do you work with vegetarians/vegans?

 

Our main product lines that we get our best results with contain animal glandulars.  We have alternative product lines we can use that don’t contain animal products, however results are usually slower.  

Are you a weight loss program?

We are not a weight loss program.  However, through the natural course of our program, we often uncover the hidden reasons why patients are not able to lose weight or maintain a healthy weight.  Once these obstacles are removed, patients frequently find that weight loss is the natural result.  

Where are you located?

We are located near the intersection of Jordan Creek Drive and I-80.  Our address is 7205 Vista Drive #104 in West Des Moines.
