At Optimum Wellness Solutions, we are excited to offer Nutrition Response Testing and Functional Wellness services to patients in the Des Moines metro area. AMY'S HEALTH STORY
Hi, I'm Amy Vowles, and I am delighted to be offering Nutrition and Functional Wellness services to the Des Moines Metro area. Because of the healing I have found through Nutrition Response Testing I feel healthier than I have in my life, but it wasn't always this way.
I spent over a year of my life battling mystery illnesses that doctors just couldn't explain. The minute I would get one health issue under control, another would follow. It seemed like no one could help me.
Then Nutrition Response Testing helped me get my life back. In a very short period of time, health issues I feared I would never get rid of began to disappear. I had energy again, and most importantly, I felt like I could live my life again!
Now I have the honor of being able to help other people regain their health as I have mine, through Nutrition Response Testing.
MORE ABOUT AMY
Amy is board-certified in Clinical Nutrition and has a Master’s degree in Applied Clinical Nutrition from Northeast College of Health Sciences. She also has an undergraduate health sciences degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic. She is an Advanced Clinically Trained Nutrition Response Testing Practitioner, and opened Optimum Wellness Solutions in 2018 with the goal of helping others like herself find true healing.
While Nutrition Response Testing remains our foundational technique, Amy incorporates other techniques such as Quantum Neuro Reset Therapy (QNRT), Applied Bio Energy Analysis and neurological rehab modalities into her practice. She has also received additional training and certifications from The Institute for Functional Medicine, Carrick Institute for Functional Neurology, The International Foundation for Nutrition and Health, and Trinity School of Natural Health.
Amy has vast clinical experience helping patients with every kind of health condition. She has advanced training and a particular interest in the management of chronic infections, neurological problems, and concussion/TBI recovery. Amy truly believes that all conditions can be improved or eliminated if we ask the right questions and give the body the tools it needs to heal.

This practice has become very personal to me, it saved my health!
I have always had health issues. I would start thinking I was better, and the next thing I knew something else was arising.
